class levels

Practice and master the fundamentals of flow: “moving with the breath” and with mindfulness through fluid sequences of standard yoga poses. No “peak poses” or intermediate poses in this class – focus instead on proper form and activation, moving gracefully through the flow, and building a foundation of strength, balance, and mobility.

This level gives you the option to practice intermediate and advanced poses, such as arm balances, backbends, and inversions. Beginner-level participants may opt out of this intermediate practice, and instead focus on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance with dynamic Vinyasa sequences.

what to expect

An active, dynamic, and versatile mat practice that empowers you to explore and harness what you’re capable of.

Move through flowing sequences of yoga postures designed to make you stronger, more mobile and flexible, and more in-control of your body, your breathwork, and your presence of mind.

This class is ideal for consistent yoga practitioners, and open to beginners with previous yoga experience. For beginners, Vinyasa offers a relatively challenging practice where they can learn to flow through yoga postures gracefully and intuitively, all the while maintaining proper form, breathwork, and activation. Meanwhile, intermediate yogis can stay consistent or level up with standard and intermediate-level mat practice, nurturing strength and stamina, balance and determination, increased flexibility and range of motion, and deeper mind-body connection.

Our skilled instructor will be sure to provide modifications and variations to different yoga poses, ensuring that each participant can fully experience the benefits of this practice.
