Please register, book, and pay in advance for your classes.

Attendees are encouraged to bring your own mat.

YOGA CHILL classes are recommended for beginners and first-timers. YOGA CHILL – Level 1 is recommended for seniors.

YOGA FLOW and HATHA FLOW require prior yoga experience. Beginners with prior experience are welcome, but first-timers are not allowed in these classes, to minimize risk of injury.

Our group classes are not suitable for pregnant individuals and kids ages 12 and below.

Teens ages 13-17 may take classes with their parent/guardian or with their parent’s/guardian’s permission.

If you have a medical condition or injury that may affect your ability to perform physical activity, consult your doctor before signing up for class.
