A transformative experience combining Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga, this hybrid class is an opportunity to nurture your body and mind, and to find balance between movement and stillness.

The class begins with Gentle Yoga, a practice that focuses on slow, intentional movements designed to gently awaken the body. Through a series of slow-flowing postures, you will be guided to explore your bodyโ€™s limits and capabilities with grace and compassion.

To complement and cap off your Gentle Yoga practice, the class seamlessly transitions into Restorative Yoga, where the emphasis shifts toward deep relaxation and restoration. Using a variety of props, you will be guided through a series of passive poses that encourage your body to completely let go and release tension.

Throughout the class, the instructor will offer gentle guidance and modifications, ensuring that every participant feels comfortable and safe in their practice.
